Easy Thawing Instructions:

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Overnight thaw: carefully puncture the vacuum pack and thaw in the fridge overnight on a plate for 8-10 hours. Keep frozen, do not refreeze. Or submerge the package sealed, in a bowl of cold water for 20–30 minutes until pliable. Ready to use once fully thawed.  

• Season simply with salt and pepper, herbs, then pan sear

• Sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side for a medium-rare center. Adjust the cooking time as needed and use a thermometer to ensure the internal temperature is reached.
