Frozen Wild Alaskan Halibut Portion - 6 oz portion

Alaskan Halibut—a fish prized for its firm, sweet, and mild flavor. Its distinct texture, firmer than cod, serves as the perfect canvas to absorb a myriad of cooking flavors.  Halibut is high in quality lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids.  Enjoy it pan-seared, baked, poached, or grilled.

Overnight thaw: carefully puncture the vacuum pack and thaw in the refrigerator overnight on a plate for 8-10 hours. Keep frozen, do not refreeze.

Easy recipe idea:

Thaw the portion overnight in the refrigerator. Lightly rub thawed fish with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; Roll portions in crushed pistachio nuts and pan fry in butter. Serve immediately.
