Annasea frozen ahi tuna is meticulously packed at its peak to lock in a robust flavor. Slice to create exquisite sashimi or nigiri rolls, or season with sesame and pan sear the whole block to create seared tuna. You've had it at the restaurant, now make it at home.

Thaws overnight in the refrigerator or a bowl of cold water for 20-30 minutes until pliable.
